= TRAVEL TIP =

Did you know that your Vial of Life has more than just one use?? The vial is plastic and can travel with you in your carry on, even in an airplane. The forms inside have all your pertinent medical info in case of an emergency. If you do not have one, please stop in to the Center to pick one up.

The Trip Committee is always open for suggestions, if you have suggestions or would like to be a part of the committee, please let Maria in the Program/Outreach office know or call 937-492-5266.

Please remember that when you come to the Center to leave for a trip, even if you will only be gone for the day, PLEASE park in the lot across the street. This allows the spaces in the Center’s lot to be used for those who need to park close to come and go during the day.
