Primary EyeCare Associates
has long been a part of the Sidney/Shelby County area.
Our practice was started in 1939 by Dr. Clayton Kiracofe,
a 1939 graduate of the Northern Illinois College of Optometry.
Our seven (7) Doctors of Optometry, four (4) locations,
six (6) day work week, evening hours, and 24 hour / 7
days per week emergency response provides full service
eyecare to the residents of Shelby County and surrounding
area.
Our mission is to be committed
to providing the best primary vision and eye health care
possible at a fair fee. As a team, we pledge to assess
your needs with are and courtesy. We continually educate
ourselves to the height of our profession, so that we
may provide optometric services and materials of highest
quality and value.
